Registration Deadlines and Information

• Team Registration Cut Off - Sunday June 8, 2025
  • Eligible to participate in all 6 Weeks and Championship Weekend
  • Cost per Team - $495
    • Registration fee must be paid by June 15th, 2025 or you will be invoiced the Late Registration Rate.

• Team Late Registration Cut Off - Friday June 13, 2025
  • Required to participate in Week 2 & 3 AND Choose 2 of Weeks 4, 5, and 6 to be eligible for Championship Weekend
  • Cost per Team - $545
    • Registration fee must be paid by June 20th or you will be invoiced the Final Registration Rate.

• Team FINAL Registration Cut Off - Friday June 20, 2025
  • Required to Participate in Weeks 3 through 6 to be eligible for Championship Weekend
  • Cost per Team - $625
    • Registration Fee must be paid by June 27th or you will be invoiced $700 per team on your Final Summer Travel Baseball Invoice.

No registrations will be accepted after the final registration deadline. Rosters are due with their team registration or at least 5 days before their first game.  Changes/Additions to rosters are permitted, subject to approval through your District Summer Ball Coordinator, up to and including Friday July 25, 2025.

Summer Travel Baseball Age Groups Available

Summer Travel Baseball offers players an exciting opportunity to compete at a higher level and showcase their skills on a broader stage. The Little League Alberta Summer Travel Baseball League caters to age groups ranging from 9 to 16 years old, allowing young athletes to gain valuable experience through local and regional tournaments. Teams are often divided by age to ensure fair competition and developmentally appropriate challenges.

As players advance through the age groups, they not only enhance their technical skills and game understanding but also build resilience and teamwork. The higher level of competition in summer travel baseball helps players refine their abilities, develop a strong work ethic, and learn how to handle the pressures of competitive play. Additionally, these experiences foster lifelong friendships and memories, contributing to both personal growth and a deeper love for the game. The summer travel season is a pivotal time for young athletes to challenge themselves and take their passion for baseball to new heights.

All Ages noted below follow the 2025 Little League Baseball Age Charts.

Minors Age Group

The Minors Age Group for the Little League Alberta Summer Travel Baseball League is open for all players between the League Ages of 8 to 10.  The Minors age group will have AAA, AA and A Level Leagues for the 2025 Season.  Please note for the Minors A division League Age 7 players may be included on your team should you feel they are capable of competing at that level of baseball.

Majors Age Group

The Majors Age Group for the Little League Alberta Summer Travel Baseball League is open for all players between the League Ages of 10 to 12 Years old.

Teenage Age Group

Teenage - Juniors Age Group

The Juniors Age Group for the Little League Alberta Summer Travel Baseball League is open for all players between the League Ages of 13 and 14 years old only - absolutely no exemptions will be provided for players over the League Age of 14.  

Preference is to play Teenage Juniors games on a 54/80 Diamond.

Teenage - Seniors Age Group

The Seniors Age Group for Little League Alberta Summer Travel Baseball League is open for all players between the ages of 14 to 16 year olds.  You may allow 13 year olds to play on your team in the Teenage Seniors Age group should you feel they are capable of playing at that level of baseball.

Please NOTE - Little League Alberta has removed the Average Age Requirement for the Teenage Seniors Age Group

Preference is to play Teenage Seniors games on a 60/90 Diamond

NOTE - Please be aware not all hosts may have the preferred diamond size as noted above.  Games shall be allowed in the Teenage Juniors and Teenage Seniors Division based upon host diamond availability.  We ask Hosts to communicate this in advance.
