The Tee-Ball Jamboree, running May 29-30 in Lethbridge during the Canadian Grand Slam of Baseball Showcase and Festival, offers a fun-filled weekend designed especially for young players ages 4-6. This event is all about creating a positive first experience in baseball, whether it’s a child’s first time on the field or they’re already learning to swing. Built around the Little League values of fun, community, integrity, teamwork, and inclusion, the Jamboree gives kids the chance to learn, play, and smile in an encouraging and welcoming environment.
The weekend features a variety of memorable experiences for both players and families. Friday kicks off with a trip to a Lethbridge Bulls game, participating in a pre-game parade, and the opportunity for teams to meet former Major League Baseball player Kevin Pillar. Saturday continues with a pancake breakfast at Spitz Stadium, followed by a parent information session at Movie Mill along with a fun movie for the kids, then its off to Lakeview Baseball Diamonds for full day of activities including Tee-Ball games and plenty of fun with bouncy castles, dunk tanks, and more.
